I was told by one of my agents the other day, that they were going to go take phone photos of one of their up coming new listings. Of course, I was happy for this client for earning a new listing, but I had to ask, "Why wouldn't you use our base Real Estate Photography bundle for the home"? Imagine a professionally shot fixer on a marketing post card that says "If I can sell this ugly home in 10 days, imagine what I can do with your's". It's cute, gets attention and would likely get a few calls.
